RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Overview

Our Return and Refund Policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we are unable to offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in its original packaging.


Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of goods cannot be returned. The following items are non-returnable:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Certain health and personal care items


Completing a Return

To complete your return, we require a receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Partial Refunds

In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

  3. Then contact your bank — processing times may vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please email us at info@saunaclub.ee and send your item to:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves first, we will send the refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.


Return Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to:

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If a refund is approved, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
