SAUNA CLUB RULES

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules to ensure that your time at the sauna and club is pleasant, safe, and enjoyable.


General Provisions

The Sauna Club is open 7 days a week from 12:00 to 07:00.
The Club management reserves the right to change opening hours.

Entry to the Club is permitted only to persons aged 18 or older who have obtained a valid pass or have entered into an agreement to visit the Club.

Club staff have the right to verify the validity of the pass and the visitor’s age. Visitors must present a valid identification document (ID card, passport, or driver’s license) upon request.

The pass may not be transferred, copied, or altered. The Club pass becomes invalid upon leaving the premises.

The Club operates a video surveillance system.

Personal belongings may be subject to inspection upon entry. Persons refusing inspection will not be admitted.

The Club reserves the right to decide whom to admit to the premises.


Prohibited Conduct

Visitors are prohibited from:

Entering the Club with weapons or dangerous items, including ammunition, explosives, flammable, toxic, radioactive substances, or any other items that may endanger life or health.
The Club does not store weapons.

Bringing alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances, or other intoxicating substances into the Club.
Possession, use, or sale of such substances on the premises is strictly prohibited.

Bringing animals into the Club.

Entering Club premises wearing outerwear.

Taking photographs or recording videos without prior permission.

Smoking outside designated smoking areas.


General Rules

Club staff have the right to refuse service to persons who are under the legal age limit, excessively intoxicated, or under the influence of narcotic substances.

Visitors who damage or destroy Club property are obliged to compensate for the full extent of the damage.

In case of violation of internal rules, Club staff may order the visitor to leave the premises. Such an order is mandatory.

Visitors have the right to submit complaints to the responsible Club staff member. The decision of the staff member is final and binding.
The staff member will base their decision on these internal rules and the principle of ensuring visitor safety.

The Club has the right to impose a visiting ban on persons who violate the internal rules.

The Club is not responsible for unattended items left on the premises.

The Club is not responsible for items left in coat pockets or other belongings left in the cloakroom.
In case of loss of the cloakroom ticket, a compensation fee of 7 euros applies.
Lost or forgotten items can be collected on weekdays from 10:00–17:00 or during Club opening hours.

The Club reserves the right to amend or supplement these rules at any time.


Booking Modification

Bookings cannot be cancelled. However, they may be modified if notice is given at least 3 business days prior to the scheduled booking date.


These internal rules were approved by the Club Management Board on 01.10.2025.
