Rules

Please familiarize yourself with the following rules so that your time spent in the sauna/club is entertaining and enjoyable.

  1. The sauna club is open 7 days a week 12.00-23.00 The club’s management has the right to change the opening hours of the club.
  2. All persons at least 18 years of age who have obtained a corresponding agreement or pass can enter the club. Club employees have the right to check the presence of the appropriate pass and
    the visitor’s age, for which a corresponding document (ID card, passport, driver’s license) must be presented. The pass may not be passed on to other persons, copied or changed. The pass to the Club purchased by the visitor loses its validity upon exiting the Club.
  3. The club uses a video surveillance system. Upon entering the club, personal belongings will be searched. Those who refuse the inspection will not be admitted to the club. 4. The club reserves the right to decide who is allowed in the club/sauna and who is not.

VISITORS ARE PROHIBITED
1. Entering the Club with a weapon or items that may be dangerous to the life and health of Club visitors and employees, including ammunition, explosives, flammable or poisonous substances or radioactive material.
The club does not store weapons.

  1. Bring alcohol, narcotic or psychotropic substances or other intoxicating agents to the Club. Possess, use or sell narcotic or psychotropic substances on the premises of the Club.
  2. Bring animals with you to the Club premises.
  3. Enter the Club premises in outerwear.
  4. Take pictures or film without a special permit.
  5. Smoking is prohibited in the club. Smoking is allowed only in designated areas.

GENERAL RULES

  1. Club employees have the right to refuse to serve persons who are younger than the established age limit or who are excessively drunk, under the influence of narcotic or psychotropic substances.
  2. A visitor who breaks or damages the Club’s inventory is obliged to compensate the damage caused by him in full.
  3. The staff of the Club may order a visitor who violates the internal rules to leave the Club. Such a reasoned arrangement is mandatory for the visitor.
    4. Visitors have the right to submit claims to the responsible Club employee, whose decision on the disputed issue is final and binding. When making decisions, the responsible employee of the Club is based on the provisions of this internal regulation and the criterion of the safety of the Club’s visitors. Accordingly, the Club reserves the right to impose a Club ban on visitors who do not obey the Club’s internal rules.
    5. The Club is not responsible for unattended things in the Club’s premises.
    6. The club is not responsible for items in the pockets of the outerwear provided for storage or for other items left in the wardrobe. Compensation for losing a wardrobe number is 7 euros. Items left or lost in the wardrobe can be picked up on weekdays from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or when the club is open.
    7. The club reserves the right to supplement or change these rules at any time.

Cancellation of reservation
If notified 3 working days before the day of the reservation, we will refund 50% of the reservation amount.
